Becoming a STEM Ambassador

If you have decided that acting as a role model for young people through the STEM Ambassadors (formerly SEAs) scheme appeals to you then this is the place to start!

Becoming an Ambassador is a three-stage process: Registration, Disclosure and Training.

  1. Registration - All Ambassadors must complete the on-line registration form. http://db.stemnet.org.uk/register.cfm
  2. Disclosure - Once registration has been processed you will be invited to attend a session where you can complete a Disclosure Application Form.
  3. Training - The final requirement in becoming an Ambassador is to attend induction training. This ensures STEM Ambassadors are equipped with basic knowledge and information that will help to enhance their work with schools.
