The National Science and Engineering Competition is an opportunity for young people between 11-18 with a great project or invention to win one of many brilliant prizes including cash prizes and trips abroad.

Finalist will have the opportunity to show their work to around 13,000 students, teachers, journalist and VIPs visiting The Big Bang: UK Young Scientist and Engineers Fair in Manchester in March 2010.

Closing Date for the competition is 30 October 2009.
