Grangemouth Science Festival and Ineos Set Fair
The Grangemouth Science Festival is now underway. Around 120 primary school children visit the Grangemouth Stadium every day. The festival runs for just over two weeks and provides an opportunity for the children to participate in a wide range of science activities.

Earth Watch Applications now being accepted!

Earthwatch is pleased to announce that they are now inviting applications for fully funded Educator expeditions in 2010.
Participants on an Earthwatch educator expedition will:
- Work alongside leading environmental scientists
- Learn transferrable, hands-on field research skills
- Bring new ideas and knowledge back to the classroom
- Learn to integrate environmental themes into teaching
- Meet and exchange ideas with like-minded education professionals
- Inspire a new generation to learn about and conserve our planet
