We have two 'Challenges' relating to Biotechnology for 9-12 year olds and 13-16 year olds. The Biofuel Challenge and the Biorefinery Challenge.
The Biofuel Challenge for 9-12 year olds will begin around the beginning of May, and will involve the growing and study of sunflowers.
The Biorefinery Challenge for 13-16 year olds will begin around the same time, with the challenge being to 'design a biorefinery' to be built in Scotland.
